Out of curiosity, I looked for the sequel to Tron. You know, that low budget 80′s movie about the cyberspace before it was called that? Hey, I enjoyed it then and enjoyed the 20th Anniversary DVD edition on the way to Washington D.C. last may. I thought I had seen an ad for the sequel, so I went looking for it tonight. Welp, no such deal. I found a thread on the Internet Movie Database there has been much talk and a few scripts written for it, but Disney killed it. Evidentially, Lion King, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin need sequels more then this kick butt movie does! What a bummer. I was sure hoping to see a cool version of my beloved TRON.
