With the RIAA’s witch hunt against many Internet radio stations a couple of years ago, there isn’t quite as many as there use to be anymore. But, there are still plenty of good ones to be listened to and if you wished you could just record an hour or two for later listening while jogging or running, now you can.

Griffin Technology has just released iFill . iFill will do just that, fill up your iPod with streamed music. Pick a station, connect your iPod, click record. It’s that easy. The interface is very impressive (and easy has heck to use) and there’s even a “mini-iTunes” program to show you what’s on the iPod in an easy to use interface. You can set up limitations so you don’t wake up the next morning to find your iPod filled with just streamed music. You can also chose more then one station to record from, too. Nifty, huh? And since this all going direct to your iPod, your hard drive isn’t getting all filled and cluttered up. No worries, mate.

For $20, it ain’t a bad price for a program that will help you grab some decent radio from the ‘Net. If you want to take it for a spin, Griffin is offering a license that gives you one week for free. All you need is a Mac running OS X 10.3.9 or 10.4 or Windows XP SP2, an Internet connection (dah,) and an iPod (dah, again.)
