Even up to this game, everyone was saying the Steelers wouldn’t be able to do it, yet they bring home its fifth Super Bowl title with an 11 point spread. Say what you may about the officiating; however, Hasselbeck himself said that it didn’t matter in the end because the Steelers played the better game. I agree and what a great one it was!
Yup, my swag is on the way!! 2005 Champs!!!!
Now what was that about NE being a dynasty and the Colts being the best? Mmm, maybe next time.
(Yes, it’s easy to gloat when you win!!)

I really love the way that you guys are “World champions” in a game nobody else is allowed to participate in.
Now that the football is over, I’ll have to sit back and wait to see how Japan fares in World series Baseball

Ya, I’ve never understood the “World” part, either. Last I checked, it ain’t even North American champs!
That’s why I don’t reiterate that phrase and just call them Super Bowl Champs.

Congrats Sven. It was pretty ugly…but hey, they won!! The 1990 Giants won in a similarly ugly, but overpowering fashion.

Speaking of the Giants, I wonder what Plexo thought last night as he watched his former teams mates all hold up that trophey from the comfort of his home. Hey, at least he got more catches this season like he wanted.
