Sure, with the move to x86 there is little to prevent them from switching to AMD either in part or in full, but there is little reasoning to make them do that over the deals they're most likely getting on the intel chips (remember that pc mini rip off that cost $100 more than the mini?) and the fact that they're most likely going to have everyone salivating over a dual processor quad core (Arachnid?) Power Mac replacement. since the low end is also being serviced in this deal, I don't see why they would want to switch to AMD, but then again in 2 years, who knows what will happen, I mean did you see any of this coming 5 years ago? wait g4 tower time would be a bad example... anyways that's enough ranting...
