Looks like someone wants a piece of the iPod-phone pie and South Korea’s Samsung is coming out swinging at the multi-national SonyEricsson with an 8GB phone. The SGH-i310 will double its original size and add a 2 megapixel camera into the candy bar camera for starters. Since it has a video-out on board, watching the movies off the phone on a TV will be no problem and getting them on to the phone from your computer won’t be a problem either with USB 2.0.
No word if we’ll see such a phone here in the land of the free, but Europe can expect it by the end of the year.
