MediStick is a USB device that will give doctors critically needed information if you’re unable to give it to a medic or doctor in the time of urgency. Much like the medical tags that are worn around ones wrist, the MediStick contains vital information that could save your life such as blood group, allergies, current medication and any current health conditions. Also found on the flash drive is administrative data such as your name, date of birth, next of kin contact information and family doctor contact numbers as well as health care insurance details. For personal data, a software program protects your other non-medical information with strong encryption that is password protected.
MediStick will cost you CHF 69.00, whatever that is. I guess Switzerland uses CHocolate Fudge for its currency.
