We talked about the all new line of cases that Proporta released for the Microsoft Zune a few weeks ago, and now Proporta has a new case designed for the Treo. The Lateral Case (Treo 700) is based on the well designed and very popular Alu-Leather case, which includes better side protection for the Treo, the highlight of the new case. Proporta based their design on consumer evaluation and review. This case combines the stability and protection needed with aircraft grade aluminum, while keeping it’s stylish look with premium leather. Aluminum is also encased inside the leather which produces Proporta’s unique “screen saver” system, to protect your beloved Treo from impacts and shocks. You can still access all ports and controls while the Treo is still in the case because of it’s flip design. Just fold the cover behind the case for easy access without compromising on safety and protection. The side clasps of the Lateral Case are lined with neoprene to make sure your device slides into the case easily while making sure the aluminum reinforcement doesn’t scratch it. Also inclued is a strong magnetic clasp to ensure that your Treo will stay in place. Also included is storage space for two SD/MMC cards.

The Lateral Case is available to ship today. Proporta wants to hear from it’s consumers, so if you decide to buy one (find out more at www.proporta.com/lateral) and have some suggestions for improvements, go ahead and email Proporta at suggestions@proporta.com. And don’t forget, SvenOnTech readers can get 10% off your purchase with the promocode SVENONTECH. Not a bad deal at all!
