KORE Telematics and ITN International announced yesterday that ITN’s line of management products and solutions are now wirelessly enabled by the KORE GSM Network. With this new wireless KORE feature, the ITN suite now has the ability to transfer real-time data and lead information from any on-site exhibition to any mobile wireless connected device, all using wireless technology. This week is the major North American debut of the wireless partnership between KORE and ITN.
The new PocketLead handheld wireless device allows organizations at trade shows and other related events to upload lead management information, such as info on a new lead or customer, using the bCardMobile network. This network is wireless of course and can be used at any time to push information, all from the palm of the hand. The information can also be transfered using Short Messaging System (SMS). The great thing about this new partnership is that important leads and other information have a significantly less likelihood of being lost, such as in a paper system.
“Tradeshows and exhibitions are usually significant investments of an organization’s time and monetary dollars. Lead data capture, management, assignment and tracking are vital for measuring tradeshow results and return on investment…With KORE Telematics powering our bCardMobile network, we are able to provide robust and secure wireless connectivity for our ITN lead management suite – ultimately shortening the time it takes an organization for lead capture, sales assignment and follow-up” said Ivan Lazarev, president for ITN International.
