After a month of trials, I just found out PCmover is just a trap to suck your money---helped by DELL brand. When you found all this, your time is up to return the product (three weeks). Second, I spend a quite time to set up the transfer between two computers, just found out after 24 hours that the transfer was still not completed. Then I checked every thing, found the transfer Laplink hardware is USB 1.1 version, which is snail version or stone age of USB link. Finally, PCmover is not compatible to Window Vista. It may punch a hole in your new computer security system (Firewall). My opinion is: PCmover is an overstock product in Laplink warehouse probably five years ago. Thinking that all was well when it was done, I rebooted my PC. Unfortunately, the system wouldn't proceed past the Vista start-up screen. At this stage, I question the reliability of PCmover.
