Geeks love command line interfaces. Why? It’s just faster and much more powerful than a GUI. It’s what drives the popularity behind Quicksilver for the Mac (an CLI friendly operating system…sorry Windows users.) Well, SvenOnTech has a treat for you geeks that also love Google. Introducing the Google CLI. Via this CLI, you’ll be able to create fast and furious searches tapping into all of the various Google search categories such as images, maps, local, and good ‘ol Froogle. Like any good CLI, you can pass multiple variables to Google via your string to create a well defined search. The only gotcha is that you’ll have to use the Google CLI web site for this great tool as there is no what to do this directly on Google’s site. API (geeks know what that means.) Enjoy.
