They need to get their featureset in order first. Are they really sure that people will spend that much money for a fancy splashy no button phone that does **NOT** support enterprise secure email? I don't think people will buy one if they already have corporate email on a RIM product and their company won't support iPhone which they won't. Enterprise secure email phones hit the street in the corporate world like gangbusters and today if you pick 20 people out of a crowd at the airport you will see 15 with a Blackberry/Palm/Blackjack and none of these people will be using the iPhone until this oversight is exposed and dealt with.
