Sick of tangled earbud cords in your pocket? Tired of wrapping your cord around your iPhone to keep it from tangles? Wished you had some way of managing your earbuds in some way? Any way? Well it’s time you met JACK then.
San Francisco-based What If Widgets has answered the call of frustrated and tangled earbud users with Earbud JACK. From What If Widgets press release, “JACK is a device that enables iPod owners to keep their earbuds and cords neat and organized.” We also tried it out on our iPhone earbuds and it works with that, too.
JACK measures at 3.7 x 2. 0.5 and the durable blue polycarbonate (read: strong plastic) easily will slide into your pocket. It is designed to work with pretty much any earbud-style headphone; however, we did find issues with our Skullcandy and Maximo iPhone earbuds on it. The standard iPhone Apple issued earbuds work as pictured.
You can get JACK at MacFriends, Amazon, and J&R for about $9.
