Boy, can I remember all those nights of burning my finger from keeping my Bic lit during Def Leppard’s Bringing On a Heartache, the Scorpion’s Still Loving You, or Motley Crue’s Home Sweet Home. Needing to keep the flame alive during these and other power ballads of my youth, my finger always ended up becoming blistered from the heat of the thumb wheel every time I relit my lighter. Man, how I wished I had an iPhone and Sonic Lighter back then.

Tip the phone to the side and watch it burn the insides of your Cupertino-designed hardware. Blow at the flame (and blow long) and watch the flame extinguish! But if that wasn’t enough, worry not my pyro, you can find others with your same love around the country lighting up by glancing the global flame map.
