Internet on-the-go with Mobile High Speed 5.3.5 Posted by Sven @ 17:45 (GMT)nova media updated its Internet connection wizard Mobile High Speed to version 5.3.5, introducing support for more mobile phones and network operators.
The new release features support for dozens of new mobile phones with support of phone families. In addition, connection settings have been added for new many network operators on each continent. A complete list of supported devices and networks can be found at nova medias website.
Mobile High Speed for Palm OS will configure nearly any Palm OS 4.x or 5.x device to go online in seconds supporting most mobile phones from Ben-Q, Motorola, Nokia, Siemens and Sony Ericsson. The software already includes more than 200 connection settings for most network operators worlwide and supports UMTS, EDGE and GPRS speeds as well as HSCSD connections if available.
In addition, Mobile High Speed features telephone drivers to send and receive SMS messages, tab-dial to dial a number selected in the address book, a feature to establish conference calls and see all relevant mobile phone and network information at a glance.
Mobile High Speed 5.3.5 for Palm OS is compatible with all Palm OS Handhelds running Palm OS 4.x and 5.x except the Tungsten W.
The price for the full version is Euro 19,95 plus VAT. The update is free for current owners of a Mobile High Speed 5.x for Palm OS license.
