As stated in the review, I too was confused by the two products and noted that Co-Pilot needs to drop one of the products to lessen this problem.

I have to say that I think your ridiculous for not using esata.

With esata you'd be getting 200mb/s instead of 50mb/s.

I get more than 60mb/s read 80mb/s write with a SINGLE drive through FW800.

I'm getting 260mb/s read and write through 3 drives using esata.

Your kinda dumb...

I tried CoPilot after reading an article's recommendation. I had trouble installing it and ended up accidentely paying for two licenses. Certain software features advertised did not work and I was unable to get any response from their tech support. Finally after a week I get email from them saying that they don't have to refund the extra $30 that I paid for the program because I had activated it. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Thanks for the notation, Evers. I'll have to look into getting the component set up instead to make a difference. I quoted Optoma on the Wii resolution.

Sven,

If I recall rightly, your testing on the projector was limited to the use of composite video cable. This could explain the less-than-sharp text rendering. Composite also results in less-than-vibrant colors. I myself have noticed *significant* improvement in the quality of projector output when using a component (3 RCA) cable for the Wii. Note that the max Wii output resolution is not 800x600 but rather 640x480 using 480i/composite video cable (480p over component).
