Hey, if you’ve been wondering why there has been a lull of posts and then a burst of them, well, my day job is keeping me busy. Sorry. But with the addition to Twitter to my life, now I have — wait, less! — time on my hands.
Seriously, since many times I’ve queued interesting ideas and leads for a story but never got to them, Twitter will help with this problem perfectly. Instead of holding back on these stories, I’ll simply post something about it on Twitter. When I get a chance to flesh it out, you’ll see the full blown post right here on SvenOnTech. So watch my Twitter feed and follow me if you already haven’t. I’m 7Mary4.
I’m not going to turn this into a door step for Twitter and then simply stop blogging technology items. Nope, I plan on actually putting more time into the site; however, Twitter will really help me get MORE information to you as I come across it.
Lastly, you’ll get some insight into who the Sven on tech is. I’ll try to refrain from TMI topics, but hey, it might happen.
If you are ever wondering what this tech-gadget loving guy may be doing through the day, then check out my Twitter account. I’ll be using the site to also post some sites of interest and it will be a great place for you to get some “behind the scenes” stuff I may not get onto SvenOnTech. There are a lot of sites I go to in research for posts here but due to the time it takes to actually type the stuff out, a lot gets lost to the ether so to speak.
Beyond that, you’ll also get some of my witty commentary on just life. 
I promise, I’ll try to abstain from the gross, though I am a guy so sometimes I may stumble. So please accept my pre-emtive apology.
Oh, try to figure out what my account name, 7mary4, is about, too. I’d love to see if you can figure that out. (It’s not that hard to figure out with Google, folks. )

Just a quick note. We’ve applied the same skin to the reviews section and as such, the section is now live again. You may note the Navigate section to the left now. There is only two items in it currently, but we’ll flesh that out in the coming weeks.

Update: Why go to bed when you can just finish all the sub-sections? 
Everything but the “accident” section is back, including Contact. I’ll be rounding that out and adding an advertise area soon, too. The accident section make take longer as it has sub-sections and pictures that will need reformatting. In fact, I may just bump it off my site and put it elsewhere. Don’t know yet. But, if you look hard and play with the location bar with some guesses, you may find the old version.
Folks, out with the old and in with the new. At nearly two years with this look, we at SvenOnTech have decided it was time to move on. Get something a bit more updated. It was also a good idea to stop hacking the main index file and shoving all that WordPress code there instead of just adapting to the theme structure. Hopefully, this will make for an easier and less timely upgrade next time. In fact, we plan on an alternative Christmas look in the coming month.
With this upgrade, we’ve also upgrade our WordPress engine. Lots of good stuff comes out of this, mainly that you (and me) iPhone users can now just navigate straight to svenontech.com and your iPhone will get a totally different theme. One designed specifically for your iPhone allowing for timely downloads that will even bring the content down quickly on EDGE networks. Thanks to Content.Robot’s iWPhone plug-in, you can enjoy SvenOnTech in 100% iPhone joy.
Now, you may be noticing some missing stuff. Yes, the sections are gone but are coming back. The day job is hectic and I just don’t have time to get it ALL taken care of today. This was a quickie (I can’t believe I

Well, another year has passed and SvenOnTech celebrates its first birthday. Blossoming out of Sven’s personal blog which went from random babbling to a more precise techno-babbling, it was felt that the site needed a new name and a single focus. So, here we are, one year later and what a year it has been!
We hope to bring you even more news and reviews that fill in the gaps left by the other more flashy and eye candy sites on the web when concerning technology. We’re not the only one doing this, but we hope to be the best one doing it. We’re sure ’07 is going to be a great year for proving that, even if other veterans like Shawn King want to be critical of our articles for hitting a nerve. It’s part of the game and we’re up to it. We graduated high school. 
Hey, I got the tags to work now. I had to fudge my .htaccess file and that was about it. Now we have tags fully working here and you can click on them and find related posts that have that tag in it.
